Synopsis: IPS officer Meesala Raju aka Sitarama Raju, who is a nightmare for criminals gets transferred to Vizag from Vijayawada. As soon as he lands in Vizag a few suspicious people shave Meesala Raju’s moustache. While Meesala Raju gets irritated with this, he also gets to know about drug peddling in Jalaripeta done by Karuna, a ruthless individual who controls everything there.
