Synopsis: Kannagi is the story of these 4 women, Kalai is a young girl living in a small town in Tamil Nadu who is eager to get married. Her parents line up alliances for her and she is made to present herself in front of new families every now and then. After the first few times, her excitement dies down and she starts to detest the process.
